The products that we sell and distribute are of a technical nature and therefore a level of technical competence is required to deploy successfully for customers. We can offer product training in two different ways:

Training courses for customers

We can provide bespoke training courses for customers on all of the products we sell. These can be tailored to your requirements, and be targeted at different levels of technical expertise. We often do this as part of larger installations, where the customer feels that the products have a better chance of quick uptake within the organisation through a carefully planned introduction for staff.

Reseller Training

We offer free-of-charge training on our distributed products for resellers. These courses offer both introductory information for those new to the products as well as update sessions introducing new functionality added to products. We regularly hold sessions at our offices in Surbiton and publish details via emails and on this site. Details of the next training sessions will shortly appear below.
